ABOUT ME

My name is Sasha Jackson. I’m a 25-year-old graduate student studying Public Relations and Advertising at the University of Southern California (USC). In May 2019, I received my bachelor’s degree in Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in African American Studies from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

During my undergraduate career, I had the opportunity to assist the Communication and Marketing Director at the International Spy Museum as a Social Media intern, and I served as a Digital Editor (Website + Social) for Howard University’s The Hilltop Newspaper.

I’m an Administrative Associate in the Program in African & African American Studies (AAAS) at Stanford University and a Social Media Editor at Annenberg Media at USC. As a dedicated advertising, public relations, and communication student, I am highly skilled in graphic design, social media marketing, and event planning to generate awareness of a company’s brand and promotions.

I plan to continue my desire to sharpen my knowledge of new opportunities and be open to new ideas in my academic and professional careers. I am a meticulous person who strives for perfection and excellence and likes to accomplish projects to the finest detail. Having the opportunity to volunteer, intern, and work in many fields is what built my personality, and it defines me as a CREATOR.
